Technical Support Engineer (AWS)

Location: Remote from Poland or Ukraine

What you will do

• Monitor infrastructure and perform initial diagnosis of technical problems.
• Respond to alerts independently or together with the duty DevOps engineer.
• Create new and improve existing monitoring rules.
• Perform basic DevOps tasks and document operational procedures.
• Participate in on-duty shifts lasting one week per month.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support.
• Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and version control systems.
• Willingness to learn Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Readiness to participate in on-duty shifts.
• English at B2+ level and fluent Ukrainian are required.
