Talent Acquisition Intern (Aerospace)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; full-time, on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning May or June 2027

What you will do

• Support recruiting efforts across multiple functions throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring initiatives.
• Gain exposure to People & Culture processes connected to recruitment, attraction, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Work with mentors and department employees to apply industry concepts and solve real challenges.
• Attend mentor and supervisor check-ins, technical talks, and professional networking events.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Must have at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• At least 3 months of corporate recruitment experience.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning May or June 2027.
• For US offices, candidates must meet applicable ITAR access or authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• At least 6 months of corporate recruitment experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
