Recruiting Director (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Based in the local market with regular office-based collaboration, local networking, and client or market events as needed.

Compensation: $108,800–$136,000 plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with client demand, workforce trends, business priorities, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Talent, and Consulting to identify capability gaps, generate market intelligence, and match consultant skills with client needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, including sourcing, interviews, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build proactive internal and external talent pipelines and maintain strong networks across industries, functions, and markets.
• Support consultant engagement, career development, deployment, redeployment, retention, and workforce planning.
• Improve recruiting operations through ATS management, technology adoption, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Expertise in sourcing, talent assessment, workforce planning, consultant engagement, deployment, and retention.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the Dallas local market and able to participate in office-based collaboration and local client or market events.
