Product Owner (CIS)

Location: Remote within Canada; flexible working hours across North America. Listed locations include Halifax, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, and Toronto.

What you will do

• Manage and evaluate the CIS product backlog and support execution of the product roadmap.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify new product features.
• Work with development, service delivery, customer success, sales, and business development teams to deliver product capabilities.
• Support Scrum sprint cycles, quality management practices, release forecasting, and development estimates.
• Demonstrate new and existing product capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Educate users and contribute to product management processes, best practices, RFP responses, and statements of work.

Requirements

• Strong B2B product and business experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of system design and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and frequent context switching.
• Thorough, detail-oriented, positive, creative, and curious approach to product work.
• Experience in the utilities industry is an asset.
