Loan Support Analyst Senior - Treasury - Midland

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Analyze loan agreements and apply loan terms accurately during servicing activities.
• Process loan payments, escrows, reserve disbursements, onboarding, payoffs, transfers, and tax and insurance administration.
• Prepare investor, internal, and regulatory reports and perform covenant compliance testing.
• Resolve servicing exceptions and non-compliant issues through communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review reports, maintain accurate servicing records, support risk mitigation, and provide specialty product training when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, commercial real estate loan servicing, compliance requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical thinking, financial analysis, decision-making, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must work in-office in the Overland Park, hirify.global Kansas City location.
