LP Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Reconcile limited partner capital calls, distributions, and capital account balances on a daily and monthly basis.
• Compare data from external fund administrators and general partners with internal records to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate reconciliation issues and validate LP-related data against third-party and administrator sources.
• Track and report daily and monthly reconciliation delivery status.
• Communicate with fund administrators, data providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Build familiarity with internal reconciliation tools, reporting workflows, and LP/fund processes.

Requirements

• Working toward a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong accounting and/or finance knowledge, including investment accounting and fund-level accounting concepts.
• Understanding of capital calls, distributions, fund performance metrics, and limited partnership structures.
• Strong problem-solving, mathematical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of alternative investment structures such as private equity, venture capital, and other limited partnership vehicles.
