Analyst, Commercial Loan Processinig

Location: Columbus, Ohio — One hirify.global Plaza; must reside within 35 miles of the location. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office during training and typically 3 days in office plus 2 days remote.

Salary: $49,100–$73,700 expected starting range; national range $49,100–$91,300 per year.

What you will do

• Review loan documents and perform due diligence for initial commercial mortgage loan funding.
• Update mortgage loan systems for loan modifications and ongoing servicing changes.
• Research payment discrepancies and coordinate with Operations and servicers to resolve issues.
• Administer monthly payments for Mezzanine and SOFR loans, follow up on late charges, and process payoff disbursements.
• Coordinate document imaging and storage, review legal binders, and obtain outstanding documents from law firms.
• Support system upgrades, correspondent audits, and property inspection reviews.

Requirements

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, or a related field.
• Three years of related commercial real estate experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret legal documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business software.
• Self-starter with strong learning ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
