Associate - National Settlements Portfolio Manager

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $57,000–$113,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage assigned commercial loan portfolios and customer relationships in partnership with Relationship Managers, Regional Credit Officers, and other stakeholders.
• Support credit underwriting, portfolio administration, risk monitoring, and ongoing credit quality management.
• Prepare portfolio reporting, exposure tracking, trend analysis, and management information reports.
• Review settlement activity, account performance, concentration risk, and portfolio quality metrics.
• Analyze financial and operational information to support portfolio decisions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Present proposed credit actions and portfolio findings to Regional Credit Officers and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant commercial or middle-market credit analysis or underwriting experience.
• Strong analytical ability and experience analyzing commercial financial statements.
• Knowledge of commercial loan laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of relevant commercial or middle-market credit analysis or underwriting experience.
• Credit analysis experience with Professional Services companies.
• MBA in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and additional financial or banking systems.
