Director, Enterprise Rewards Partner

Location: Fully remote within the United States; preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. Occasional travel up to 25%.

Annual salary: $185,000–$215,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks for enterprise decision-making, prioritization, risk management, and execution across the Total Rewards portfolio.
• Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, operating reviews, and leadership updates.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and HR Service Delivery stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and operating models.
• Provide compensation consultation, market insights, planning support, analytics, and program guidance to designated corporate functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, people or data analytics, HR business partnering, professional services, consulting, or a large global company.
• Experience developing and delivering technology solutions that support a corporation’s global people strategy.
• Strong technical data skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and integration.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.
