Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (SaaS)

Location: Denver, Colorado, or Des Moines, Iowa, United States

Salary: $100,000–$1,350,000 USD per year in Denver, or $80,000–$120,000 USD per year in Des Moines, plus applicable commissions or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own forecasting, planning, reporting, and P&L management for one career marketplace brand.
• Build and maintain the brand operating model, including bookings-to-revenue conversion, contract terms, renewals, and seasonality.
• Lead monthly close reporting, forecast updates, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and brand leaders to connect pipeline, bookings, operational drivers, and financial outcomes.
• Manage forecasting and budgeting for assigned shared-services and corporate expense areas.
• Lead KPI, unit-economics, business-case, and ROI analysis for pricing, product, and go-to-market investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
• Strong knowledge of bookings and subscription or recurring-revenue models.
• Experience managing operating expenses, shared services, or corporate cost centers with budget owners.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building and maintaining driver-based financial models.
• Experience presenting monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership and translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting high-volume sales organizations.
• Experience in SaaS, digital media, online marketplaces, or recruitment technology.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce pipeline reporting.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA.
