FP&A Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business unit leaders on cost drivers, revenue trends, strategic planning, and financial decisions.
• Lead annual planning, long-range planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial model stress-testing.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages and translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Analyze KPIs and operational decisions to identify performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Improve and standardize financial processes and reporting in collaboration with IT, Data, Accounting, and other finance teams.
• Mentor and develop junior FP&A analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience, including SaaS financial operations.
• Experience building complex financial models and understanding SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, and churn.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analytics, plus data visualization and BI experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Intacct, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
• CFA, CPA, MBA, or another relevant industry certification.
