Digital Product Manager (Supply Chain Systems)

Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA; hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working from home

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the digital strategy, product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value delivery for enterprise supply chain planning capabilities.
• Own the product backlog, dependencies, delivery commitments, risks, budgets, business outcomes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Gather planning needs across demand, supply, inventory, plant scheduling, manufacturing, and technical teams, translating them into product capabilities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process designs.
• Lead product decisions, backlog refinement, release planning, testing, sprint activities, and implementation readiness for planning systems, integrations, reporting, and supporting applications.
• Coordinate work across manufacturing sites, ERP and integration teams, vendors, application support partners, and implementation partners.
• Lead matrixed developers, analysts, architects, vendors, and implementation partners while monitoring adoption, data quality, KPIs, support trends, reliability, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience supporting supply chain planning organizations through technology and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of product vision, roadmap development, prioritization, value realization, digital transformation, change management, and Agile product delivery.
• Deep understanding of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, scenario analysis, and end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Experience with planning platforms, ERP systems, data integration, enterprise architecture, analytics, performance metrics, stakeholder facilitation, and executive communication.
• This position requires working in a hybrid model in Medina, Minnesota, with three office days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDA or Blue Yonder planning systems.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
