Sr Product Mgr (PLM)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $135,200–$181,200 per year, plus potential bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, multi-release roadmaps, objectives, KPIs, and OKRs for enterprise applications.
• Lead discovery with global stakeholders and translate business needs into requirements, epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Own delivery across solution definition, validation, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while coordinating with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Operations, and regional teams.
• Modernize and integrate custom software and SaaS platforms, evaluating APIs, architecture, cloud technologies, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, and workflow technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, including 3+ years with PLM platforms or enterprise product-development systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software products through the full product lifecycle and developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile product management, Scrum, backlog management, iterative delivery, requirements definition, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with a major PLM platform such as PTC FlexPLM, Windchill, Centric PLM, or an equivalent solution.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, communicate with technical and executive audiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Experience supporting global enterprise applications for internal users, external customers, or partners.
• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, APIs, integrations, AI-enabled business solutions, and enterprise software architecture.
• Experience defining OKRs, product KPIs, business metrics, and value realization frameworks.
