Sales Administrator - Inside Sales (Manufacturing)

Salary: $46,300.00–$71,300.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage inbound sales orders from order entry through final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and terms while coordinating changes with Operations and GPSC.
• Respond to customer inquiries about quotes, pricing, machine configurations, delivery, and freight charges.
• Support customer calls regarding product features, benefits, and configurations.
• Coordinate with the traffic department to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work with Finance to release orders from credit hold and support District Sales Managers with deal sheets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other web-based software.
• Ability to work in the office in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Retail experience in a manufacturing industry.
