Sales Manager

Location: Morgantown, WV, United States; onsite retail position

Salary: Training pay of $20–$22 per hour for 2–6 weeks without commission; average annual earning potential after training of $60,000–$80,000+, with base pay, commission, and bonus. Post-training base pay is $10,400 per year plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses.

What you will do

• Achieve store and individual sales goals and operating benchmarks.
• Coach, train, recruit, and mentor retail sales staff.
• Oversee the sales-floor selling process and evaluate team performance.
• Promote in-home design services and support sales promotions and events.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure brand presentation, store cleanliness, operational procedures, and marketing initiatives are executed correctly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a business unit with a retail sales emphasis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, analytical ability, interpersonal communication, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
