Inside Sales Specialist (Industrial Distribution)

Salary: $19.23–$27.48 per hour

What you will do

• Support the sales process and identify upsell opportunities within current accounts.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain trusted customer relationships.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels.
• Interact with customers, solve problems, and provide responsive service.
• Manage projects and contribute to team sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Experience with inventory sales and order systems.
• Previous experience in industrial distribution or construction supply is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Watervliet, New York.
