Sales Administrator (Industrial)

Location: Hybrid/onsite in Christiansburg, Virginia, United States

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually

What you will do

• Research quotes and finalize them in the CRM.
• Edit and enter contracts and orders into SAP.
• Manage incoming inquiries from domestic and international customer accounts and provide time-sensitive responses.
• Coordinate customer account requirements with schedules and production guidelines.
• Collect data, prepare reports, and provide shipment-status updates.
• Partner with internal personnel, field sales, and key customers to support sales objectives and apply contract requirements to commercial and industrial products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop effective systems.
• Positive, team-oriented approach to solving challenges.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
