Senior Software Engineer (AI Agents)

What you will do

• Build session and context infrastructure with persistence, resumption, hand-over, reasoning trails, and identity- and entitlement-aware context resolution.
• Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents, including manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts.
• Build agentic workflow runtime capabilities for multi-step work, tool usage, human escalation, and language interfaces for scheduling and optimisation engines.
• Support speech and image inputs alongside text for operational use cases.
• Build evaluation harnesses that validate AI output quality and autonomy before release.
• Develop security controls covering prompt injection resistance, personal data, guardrails, auditing, and data residency.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping production systems used by real customers, beyond demos, hackathons, or personal projects.
• Experience with Go and Python, production-grade GenAI, RAG pipelines, embeddings, agent orchestration, and tool usage.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products and scaling AI-native applications.
• Experience with service-to-service integration using n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
• Experience with API gateways, preferably Kong or Tyk, plus Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Pydantic AI, LangChain, MCP, and plan-based agentic software development.
