What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles.
• Execute repair orders and conduct comprehensive inspections and troubleshooting.
• Perform quality-control checks and ensure repairs meet required standards.
• Complete documentation in compliance with regulations and shop procedures.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate with service advisors, parts personnel, customers, and staff while participating in Nissan training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills; two years of dealer-level or large-facility experience is preferred.
