What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns with other technicians and the service department.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate repair concerns and collaborate to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Build experience across a wide range of automotive repairs and systems.

Requirements

• Entry-level automotive repair aptitude, a positive attitude, and a desire to serve customers.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle makes and models.
• ASE certification preferred, or a plan to obtain certification.
• Strong communication, professional appearance, and ability to learn additional skills and processes.
• Ability to lift or move over 100 pounds occasionally, work under raised vehicles and in tight spaces, and stand or walk for most of the workday.
• Ability to use hand tools, drive manual-transmission vehicles, and navigate a computer.
