What you will do

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on inventory vehicles.
• Conduct emissions testing and state inspections where applicable.
• Move vehicles, manage inventory, and document completed repairs in company systems.
• Explain repair findings to management to reduce rework and production delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and compliant work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate or associate degree in automotive technology, or at least two years of equivalent automotive repair experience.
• Basic automotive repair proficiency and the ability to meet performance targets.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record; minimum age of 18.
• English communication required for effective performance in a safety-sensitive technical environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, use protective equipment, and maintain regular predictable attendance.
