Architect - SAP SCM

Location: Remote, US; office location listed as Parsippany, New Jersey. Travel: 25%.

Salary: $165,700–$240,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain Management across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Shop Floor Control, and MES/Engineering integration.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to prioritize process needs and balance new initiatives with legacy process and integration support.
• Own the SAP SCM functional roadmap, including non-SAP system evaluations and the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Guide SAP SCM implementations from requirements through go-live in coordination with Application Management Services support.
• Establish delivery metrics and report project, support, and system performance to IT and business leadership.
• Manage, staff, coach, and develop the SAP SCM functional team, including capacity planning and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• 20+ years of ERP and SAP experience, including hands-on SCM modules such as PP, QM, and WM, MES integration, and enterprise solution architecture.
• 10+ years of hands-on Integrated Business Planning processes, configuration, and best practices.
• 10+ years of SAP integration with non-SAP systems such as Ariba, Concur, and Workday.
• 10+ years of direct people-management experience, including hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or nuclear-adjacent manufacturing environments.
