Director - Enterprise Architecture

Location: Hybrid role based at the Panorama Office site in Centennial, Colorado; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday working from home.

Salary: $163,800–$298,375 annual hiring range.

What you will do

• Set the enterprise-wide reference architecture across applications, data, integration, and platforms.
• Lead the central Enterprise Architecture team and coordinate domain and business-unit architects across global functions.
• Run application rationalization programs and drive a targeted 15–20% reduction in the maintained application portfolio.
• Define ERP and CRM strategy and lead Oracle modernization and consolidation initiatives.
• Chair the Architecture Review Board and govern major technology investments against the target state.
• Build the architecture practice, develop architectural standards and roadmaps, and quantify the impact of modernization and technical-debt reduction.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading Enterprise Architecture in a large, multi-business-unit enterprise.
• Demonstrated success with application rationalization and measurable portfolio reduction.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM consolidation at scale, including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture across Azure or AWS, API and iPaaS integration, event streaming, and data architecture.
• Experience building and leading distributed Enterprise Architecture teams across the US and international locations, including work across time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or technology services.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or comparable Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Experience with FinOps or ITFM frameworks such as Apptio or NICE.
• Exposure to M&A integration architecture and a master's degree in a relevant field.
