Solution Architecture Lead (Aerospace)

Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States; office or hybrid environment with required travel as needed

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with long-term organizational goals.
• Align technology outcomes with business capabilities, investment priorities, and maturity targets.
• Collaborate with business leaders and product groups to translate business needs into technology strategies.
• Build future-state roadmaps and modernize the technology ecosystem for scalability and operational excellence.
• Identify innovative solutions to complex business problems and support adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Manage, guide, and mentor Solution Architects and cross-functional technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field; 11 years may substitute for the degree.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, as well as security, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Experience analyzing business drivers and technology trends, and working with industry standards and regulations.
• Experience managing architects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
