What you will do

• Support People Office programs across talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Assist with employee inquiries, documentation, reporting, and policy administration while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Analyze workforce and people data, identify trends, and prepare reports for business decision-making.
• Partner with HR teams, managers, and colleagues on onboarding, development, engagement, talent, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, data science, communications, management information systems, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship is not available.
