Intern - Human Resources

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States (hybrid); two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support HR projects across Talent Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and HR Operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of information, processes, and service delivery.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Partner with HR and hirify.global teams on special assignments and events.
• Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support research, summarization, content generation, and daily work.
• Present findings and communicate with business leaders while working independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least one semester remaining at the start of the internship.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Junior or senior classification is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, quantitative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage details, prioritize deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Immigration-related sponsorship is not provided, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, and J-1 support.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or generate insights.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
