People Partner Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: New York, NY; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Support PeopleX business initiatives and program delivery.
• Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with People Centers of Excellence and business teams to solve people-related problems.
• Help deliver internal programs that strengthen an inclusive employee experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and project coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Prior HR experience through an internship, co-op, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite.
