2027 Corporate Advisory & Banking Summer Internship

Location: New York; daily in-office presence required

Salary: $25/hour plus a sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Conduct company and industry research for privately held businesses across multiple industries.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Support client presentations covering business performance, growth prospects, industry insights, valuation perspectives, and strategic alternatives.
• Perform financial statement analysis, monitor collateral, and support rigorous credit analysis.
• Underwrite new and existing credits and help structure credit facilities.
• Gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other corporate finance opportunities.

Requirements

• Current college junior entering senior year in fall 2027.
• Background in and strong interest in finance, business, or investing.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Leadership experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, prioritization skills, and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced formulas, multi-sheet analysis, linked workbooks, charts, and graphs.
