MBA/Graduate - Private Investment Grade and Private High Yield Credit Internship - Summer 2027 (Private Credit)

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Salary: $45.00–$65.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support research and underwriting of private investment grade and high-yield credit investments.
• Monitor credit risk and the performance of existing investment holdings.
• Conduct independent research on industries and sectors within the fixed-income market.
• Participate in meetings with issuers and management as part of the investment process.
• Contribute to Investment Committee discussions for new investments.
• Work daily with portfolio managers and research analysts across the Private Placement department.

Requirements

• Completed the first year of a graduate program with a strong academic record.
• Working knowledge of accounting, finance, corporate strategy, real estate, and financial statistics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow direction from multiple leaders and work independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work full time during the summer in the hybrid Minneapolis role.

Nice to have

• Experience with DealCloud, Accelex, Aladdin, or Bloomberg.
