Investments Intern - Equities

Location: New York, New York; employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Salary: $32.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Support portfolio managers and research analysts managing an equity portfolio focused on small- and mid-cap companies.
• Complete 2–3 week rotational projects across different parts of the investment process.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to develop investment theses and stock pitches.
• Prepare investment reports, update financial models, and perform ongoing company and industry analysis.
• Present a final stock pitch to the firm with coaching and guidance.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Strong interest in investment management and commitment to collaborative work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently, think creatively, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate constructively.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Positive, self-motivated approach with strong integrity and ethics.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to check work carefully.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
