What you will do

• Complete comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience across hirify.global Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Support strategic advice for corporate clients on capital raising, acquisitions, and other major business objectives.
• Contribute to transaction execution and the development of innovative financial solutions.
• Analyze complex business challenges and prepare clear, well-structured recommendations.
• Work with colleagues and clients across multiple geographies and industry and product teams.
• Build client relationships while developing technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• MBA student with an expected graduation date of May or June 2028.
• At least 3 years of prior work experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas, manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively in a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Foreign language skills.
• Experience or interest in sectors including consumer and retail, energy, financial institutions, financial sponsors, healthcare, industrials, leveraged finance, technology, media and telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, gaming, and lodging.
