Financial Solution Delivery Consultant (Healthcare IT)

Location: Onsite in Overland Park, Kansas, United States, with up to 20% travel and occasional extended or non-traditional hours to support clients across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Guide clients through solution design, system configuration, testing, training, adoption, and ongoing support.
• Configure and validate financial and revenue-cycle workflows covering billing, claims, payments, and financial data.
• Support hirify.global NX upgrades for myAvatar, myEvolv, and myUnity, including workflow assessment and upgrade readiness.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data issues while communicating risks and resolution status.
• Test system configurations and financial outputs, document implementation outcomes, and recommend process improvements.
• Build client relationships through meetings and workshops while collaborating across teams to prevent escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare IT, systems implementation, technology consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to configure, test, and troubleshoot systems and perform basic SQL queries and data review.
• Working understanding of databases and data structures, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Must work onsite in Overland Park, Kansas, and be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of accounting principles or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience with hirify.global EHR solutions, NX environments, or hirify.global client industries.
• General understanding of AI and automation in solution delivery.
