What you will do

• Support project planning by maintaining schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate meetings, status updates, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor risks, issues, action items, timelines, and potential project variances.
• Prepare project reports, data analysis, leadership presentations, governance artifacts, and compliance records.
• Support process improvement, change management, and implementation activities.
• Develop foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available.
