What you will do

• Own the execution system for a portfolio of complex client accounts and projects.
• Translate approved strategies and project decisions into work plans, milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate Client Strategy, delivery teams, and other contributors across multi-service engagements.
• Monitor capacity, workload, timelines, risks, time tracking, project hours, and margin performance.
• Maintain accurate project structures and documentation in ClickUp and support account onboarding, kickoffs, and transitions.
• Support deferred-revenue forecasting and identify scope, staffing, workflow, and financial risks early.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects, preferably in a marketing agency, professional-services firm, or multi-client environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, disciplines, dependencies, and concurrent projects.
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, timeline development, dependency management, and risk escalation.
• Working knowledge of project-management platforms; ClickUp experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfort with time estimates, capacity data, project hours, margin visibility, execution reporting, and operational analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication, professional follow-through, and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.

• Curiosity about AI and automation for project planning, documentation, coordination, and visibility.
• Experience improving project workflows, project plans, or execution systems.
