Loan Servicing Project Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Fully onsite at 2228 South 78th Street, Tacoma, Washington 98409

Salary: $18.00–$30.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, administer, and lead short-term initiatives across divisions and departments.
• Develop tactical implementation plans and manage project resources cost-effectively.
• Coordinate agreements and commitments with outside vendors or entities.
• Communicate project objectives to internal stakeholders, customers, and community members.
• Develop measures to monitor project effectiveness and provide training on project features and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with applicable banking regulations, policies, procedures, and annual training requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to work fully onsite at the Tacoma location.
• Less than two years of relevant business experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Strong relationship management, operational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to gain cooperation across the company.
• Proficiency with personal computers and business software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
