Construction Project Lead Sr

Location: Based in West Palm Beach, FL or Orlando, FL; in-office role with approximately 50%–70% travel across South Florida, East Florida, and West Florida, plus occasional nationwide travel.

hirify.global's Realty Services organization manages construction projects supporting the company's business operations and facilities.

What you will do

• Manage multiple construction projects, including project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, internal service partners, contractors, and supply vendors.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, purchase materials, and requests for additional funding.
• Review construction workflows and quality-check work to meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience in construction management, project management, construction quality assurance, and financial analysis.
• Skills in budgeting, building design, building inspections, equipment inspections, project planning, and project scheduling.
• Must work in an office-based setting in West Palm Beach or Orlando and be available for extensive travel across Florida.
