Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; onsite at 55 Public Square. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Develop new and existing commercial loan relationships and cross-sell banking products.
• Administer a commercial loan portfolio against credit quality, profitability, growth, and service objectives.
• Assess borrower financial condition, repayment ability, creditworthiness, and collateral value.
• Monitor borrower and loan performance, maintain customer contact, and resolve portfolio risks.
• Prepare compliant loan documentation and present loans exceeding lending limits to the appropriate committee or lending officer.
• Represent the bank in community activities and support community development and business growth.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• At least 10 years of experience, including lending banking and customer-focused experience.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent project management, communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in community and civic activities.
