Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: In-office in Brickell, Florida, within the Miami, FL 33131 branch.

What you will do

• Lead branch performance, growth activities, sales execution, and outside business development.
• Manage relationships with consumer and business clients and identify appropriate banking solutions.
• Coach a high-performing branch team and oversee attraction, onboarding, development, and performance management.
• Improve customer experiences through technology-enabled and omnichannel interactions.
• Build relationships with internal business partners and community organizations while managing business pipelines.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of industry-relevant experience; comparable education, certifications, or experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, client counseling, and customer experience.
• Ability to manage people, multiple priorities, business results, and risk.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks under applicable banking regulations.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.
