Kitchen Equipment Program Manager (Foodservice Equipment)

Salary: $121,500–$128,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own the kitchen equipment procurement pipeline for new store openings from locked design through purchase order issuance, warehousing, installation, invoicing, and closeout.
• Review installer quotes against locked back-of-house drawings and design bulletins, then route approved quotes for contract submission.
• Manage bulk and program-level purchases, including ovens, fryers, clamshells, and custom stainless steel equipment.
• Coordinate manufacturers, vendors, installers, contracts, construction, and project management partners on pricing, specifications, delivery, and installation.
• Track equipment, quote status, purchase orders, drawing revisions, milestone dates, invoices, and equipment tag numbers across open sites.
• Track punch lists through closure, escalate stalled issues, and communicate risks that could affect opening or turnover dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in procurement, purchasing, or contract administration.
• Experience in construction, food service equipment, restaurant or retail construction, or another equipment-heavy industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, kitchen layouts, equipment specifications, and design revisions.
• Experience managing purchase order timelines, quote approval workflows, shared trackers, or databases with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organization, time management, written communication, verbal communication, and vendor accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with drawing markup tools, quote management software, or procurement software.
• Experience with Google App Scripts and creating custom automation programs.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD.
• Direct experience managing vendor or contractor relationships and escalating unresponsive partners.
