Field Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Location: Kentwood, Michigan, United States; onsite field service at hirify.global service centers, healthcare facilities, customer accounts, and private homes

Salary: $43,200–$59,400 estimated base salary per year

What you will do

• Move, inspect, load, unload, and prepare hirify.global and non-hirify.global medical products for patient use.
• Clean, disinfect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment.
• Provide delivery, removal, service, and customer account support, including on-call coverage up to 24/7 on weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate hirify.global products to hospital staff, caregivers, and other users.
• Use smartphones, tablets, and PCs to record and retrieve service information.
• Operate company vehicles from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks while maintaining a clean and safe 5S work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds and follow ergonomic and safety procedures.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
