Hospital Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Location: Memorial Hermann - Woodlands Hospital, The Woodlands, Texas, United States; onsite hospital work

Salary: $17 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential

What you will do

• Deliver medical equipment to patient rooms and standby locations in patient-ready condition.
• Ensure equipment has the appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Pick up, clean, process, and prepare equipment according to hospital and company protocols.
• Maintain service quality and meet customer and company performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience; prior hospital experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for Monday–Friday work with rotating weekends, evenings, holidays, and emergency off-hours as needed for 24/7 coverage.
• Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand.
