Associate II, Field Service Engineering (Medical Devices)

Location: Louisiana or surrounding states; on-site service at hospital customer locations with travel on short notice

What you will do

• Install hirify.global products at hospital customer sites following formal installation procedures.
• Perform site acceptance testing, demonstrate system functionality, and obtain documented customer confirmation.
• Diagnose product problems, respond to customer complaints, replace or repair equipment, and verify resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance, product updates, and capability-enhancing upgrades.
• Document customer feedback, complaints, visits, installations, functionality tests, and service outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and support returned material authorization processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; science or engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a technical customer service or field service role.
• Services experience in clinical services, biomedical equipment, radiology, or healthcare capital equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO requirements, including ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel on short notice, provide service across the assigned geography, work independently, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Medical device industry experience.
