Senior Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: Remote within Ireland; staff are expected to work from one of the company offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: €90,000 annually; 12-month fixed-term opportunity. Overtime is eligible according to local law.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination and complex scheduling, including changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Supervise scheduling automation, review outputs before candidates receive them, and decide when human intervention is required.
• Monitor pipeline health and capacity, identify bottlenecks, and advise Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers on prioritization.
• Manage escalations involving incomplete interview plans, delayed scorecards, and candidate declines through resolution.
• Lead coordination projects from problem definition through implementation and coordinate coverage during absences and demand surges.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience and provide clear status updates throughout the process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination experience in high-volume, complex scheduling environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and sound judgment about when to trust or override automated output.
• Experience owning and improving processes and leading projects with measurable impact.
• Strong partnership skills with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers.
• Excellent judgment, independent decision-making, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
