Manufacturing Supervisor, Fill/Pouch (7:00pm-7:00am)

Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; onsite manufacturing facility; 7:00pm–7:00am shift

Salary: $64,000–$88,000 base salary per year, plus annual incentive bonus, commission target, and equity target.

What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations for the fill/pouch area and maintain, audit, refine, and improve equipment and processes.
• Lead teams while supporting a safe, equitable, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, FDA requirements, product documentation, specifications, and SOPs.
• Manage resources, raw materials, labor, efficiency, safety, scrap, and operational reporting.
• Facilitate employee training, feedback, recognition, disciplinary actions, and talent development.
• Use 6S principles to maintain a clean and safe work area and support process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and minimum age of 18.
• Manufacturing leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and potentially supervise multiple groups.
• Interpersonal, leadership, troubleshooting, assessment, technical writing, and computer skills.
• Ability to understand and apply GMPs, cGMPs, FDA requirements, safety instructions, quality standards, SOPs, and written work instructions.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, identify root causes and corrective actions, solve manufacturing and personnel issues, and present information to groups and senior management.
• Basic written and oral English communication skills are required. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
