Trade Account Specialist

Location: Hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week at the TN–Memphis GFS site; candidates must have permanent work authorization in the United States.

Salary: $22.25–$37.09 per hour, with potential overtime, weekend, holiday, and other pay premiums.

What you will do

• Conduct inventory reviews with wholesale customers to assess inventory health, identify demand risks, and support supply and brand strategies.
• Manage customer orders through EDI and email, provide shipment tracking, and resolve shipping exceptions and order delays.
• Research and reconcile complex claims and deductions involving supply failures, shipping discrepancies, damages, and pricing.
• Analyze operational trends, inventory positions, and order patterns using SAP, SAP Business Objects, Tableau Order Management, and Excel.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, transportation, deployment, commercial, and customer operations stakeholders to resolve customer-facing issues.
• Serve as the primary operational relationship manager for assigned wholesale customers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant customer service or account management experience.
• Ability to translate inventory data and customer insights into supply and brand execution recommendations.
• Experience with Excel functions and familiarity with SAP Business Objects reporting and customization.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to apply trade policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including DSCSA and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
• U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• SAP subject matter expertise in order management.
• Experience with pharmaceutical trade accounts, wholesalers, or specialty pharmacies.
