RCM Systems & Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri, USA; hybrid at the Chesterfield office or remote

Revenue cycle outsourcing services for ambulatory surgery centers, surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups.

What you will do

• Manage technology initiatives and coordinate between operations and technology teams.
• Document business requirements by understanding and evaluating healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• Configure and optimize workflow platforms while monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Improve billing, coding, and collections processes through workflow automation and system enhancements.
• Generate performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, staff training, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with RCM software and systems, plus experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across operations, IT, finance, and clinical teams.

Nice to have

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification.
