What you will do

• Administer and coordinate relevant business systems and platforms.
• Provide subject matter expertise on technology changes, updates, and system usage.
• Deliver second-level technical support and resolve complex business-system issues.
• Audit systems and evaluate business processes to identify compliance and efficiency improvements.
• Develop ad-hoc reports, validate data, and analyze trends to support operational decisions.
• Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in data analysis, business operations, and software solutions.
• Extensive experience with large-scale software solutions and systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of statistics, trending, time-series analysis, and regression analysis.
