Executive Protection Lead (Aerospace)

Base pay: $163,500–$204,400 per year

What you will do

• Own and scale the global executive protection program across residences, offices, travel, events, and public appearances.
• Personally plan and lead protective details, advance work, site surveys, route planning, venue assessments, and coordination with local resources.
• Provide close protection and secure driving for executives and principals, including defensive and evasive driving.
• Design protocols, standards, operating procedures, emergency plans, and crisis response processes.
• Build, lead, mentor, and schedule protection teams and vetted vendor resources.
• Partner with principals, executive assistants, the GSOC, intelligence, travel security, Facilities, People, Legal, and site leadership.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in executive protection, special operations, military service, or law enforcement.
• Experience building a program, capability, or function from the ground up and personally operating in the field.
• Expertise in advance work, protective intelligence, threat and risk assessment, and secure travel.
• Ability to lead and schedule protection teams or vendor agents, build trust with principals, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide protective and secure driving, including defensive and evasive driving.
• Ability to obtain a nationwide concealed carry permit or hold existing LEOSA carry authority; willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours.

Nice to have

• Active U.S. government security clearance.
• Federal protective service, military, or law enforcement background.
• Formal executive protection training and relevant certifications.
• Emergency medical or first-responder training, including first aid, CPR, TECC, or TCCC.
• Experience protecting principals in aerospace, defense, technology, or other high-profile, multi-site environments.
