National Director - Power Delivery & Generation

Location: Remote

Salary: $160,500–$349,000 USD annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and merit increases.

What you will do

• Provide national leadership and strategic direction for the Power Delivery & Generation market.
• Develop growth strategies with market, operational, and technical leaders.
• Oversee financial performance, resource planning, project execution, quality, risk management, and safety.
• Strengthen client relationships, expand services, enter new markets, and lead business development.
• Lead senior team leaders, project managers, technical experts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote innovation, technology adoption, knowledge sharing, and leadership development across regions and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in power delivery, substations, transmission, distribution, or power generation.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams, complex projects, and multidisciplinary organizations.
• Experience with project-based consulting, strategic planning, financial management, resource forecasting, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to grow markets, develop client relationships, lead business development, and implement organizational improvements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, relationship-building, and strategic execution skills. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
