HR Business Partner (Global Functional Lead)

Location: Remote positions open to the US only

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Define multi-year global talent strategies and HR roadmaps for assigned business functions.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, succession planning, talent reviews, and global workforce planning.
• Partner with Regional HR Leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ to adapt global programs to local legal and cultural requirements.
• Advise senior executives and coach managers on organizational health, talent assessment, performance management, and leadership behavior.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations on scalable solutions and manager self-service automation.
• Support Employee Relations with disciplinary matters, investigations, grievance resolution, and offboarding cases in the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting global or matrixed organizations.
• Experience influencing across reporting lines and balancing global functional priorities with regional operational requirements.
• Exceptional communication, strategic diplomacy, collaboration, and executive-level discretion.
• Proficiency with Workday and a data-driven approach to HR analytics.
• Must be located in the United States; the role supports US Employee Relations cases.
